„Sciencepreneurship“ – how scientists can also be successful entrepreneurs
Many researchers can imagine being successful as entrepreneurs in a science-based start-up – in the USA, this is a commonplace. The framework conditions for “sciencepreneurship” are now also excellent in Germany. Universities offer help with tech transfer and founding, SPRIND finances start-ups and early translation projects and coaches start-up teams.
The workshop will show you the many opportunities. Prof. Dr. Walter Rosenthal, President of the HRK, will explain how universities can support you, Prof. Dr. Elisabeth Zeisberg, successful “biotech sciencepreneur”, will share her experiences from Boston and Göttingen and Barbara Diehl, Chief Partnership Officer, will present the instruments offered by SPRIND. The moderator is Prof. Dr. Andreas Zaby, who has worked as an entrepreneur in the USA and Germany.
Special Bonus: Afterwards you can discuss your business ideas one-on-one with SPRIND!
