UAS7

UAS7 e. V. is the association of seven large research-oriented German universities of applied sciences with a strong international orientation. Following the principle “Together we are stronger”, the Berlin School of Economics and Law, the Bremen University of Applied Sciences, the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, the TH Köln University of Applied Sciences, the Munich University of Applied Sciences, the Münster University of Applied Sciences and the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences have formed a strategic alliance since the establishment of a joint liaison office in New York in 2005 and cooperate in selected areas. Through the excellence of the seven universities in various fields, the universities continue to develop with and on each other and are thus equally a quality community and a benchmarking club.

Münster University of Applied Sciences, a member of the UAS7 network, offers professionally sound research and practice-oriented teaching: these are the tasks of Münster University of Applied Sciences, this is its contribution to social development. The strength lies in the diversity of the offer. Supported by a network of strategic partnerships, Münster UAS continues to expand its top position by ensuring education as well as knowledge and research transfer in the long term. The increasing number of students as well as the consistent expansion of research activities also result in an increasing importance of the university as an employer. At the locations in Münster and Steinfurt as well as the study sites in Coesfeld and Ahlen/Beckum/Oelde, Münster UAS now has around 1,200 employees, including more than 250 professors.
