Hochschulallianz für den Mittelstand
The 15 members of the Hochschulallianz für den Mittelstand (HAfM) are united by the common principle of practice-oriented teaching and knowledge transfer to the regional economy. As universities of applied sciences (HAW), they offer attractive career paths in a HAW professorship or in the academic mid-level faculty due to their proximity to practice. Not enough is known about the flexible entry requirements for a UAS beyond straight academic careers. Therefore, the HAfM, represented by the member universities Niederrhein, Mainz and Lübeck, provides information about the diverse career options and new developments within the framework of the FH personnel program at a table at the Talent Fair. In the course of a workshop, professors also report authentically on their way to the HAW.
