EDI in the DFG: Supporting Non-Linear CVs, Family Leave, International Researchers and Inclusive Funding (GAIN26 Digital)
In this workshop, you will learn how to effectively reflect personal circumstances and their impact on your academic career in your CV when applying for DFG funding. We will explore how to present non-linear career paths, including career breaks e.g. due to parental leave, changes in academic systems, or long-term illness.
Beyond the CV, we will guide you through the range of support options available within DFG funding. What provisions exist for parental leave? What support is available for researchers with disabilities or chronic illness? And what opportunities are there for international researchers?
The session will conclude with an open Q&A, giving you the opportunity to discuss your individual questions and situations.
