Q: I wanted to proceed directly to the second step and book a room via the GAIN contingent. However, the rooms seem to be fully booked already. Is there another alternative?
A: The booking site can sometimes incorrectly show rooms as unavailable. To book, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to: https://book.passkey.com/event/50901691/owner/249/home
  2. Select an attendee type
  3. Then click “I have an access code”
  4. Enter the code provided in your email
  5. The standard room option should appear

If you still see a “fully booked” message after following these steps, the room block may in fact be full. In that case, feel free to reach out to neubert@daad.de for assistance.
Q: Is childcare available at the conference?
A: Unfortunately, we are not able to offer childcare services.
 Q: Will there be a lactation room?
A: Yes, a lactation room will be available on-site.
Q: Does the hotel provide baby cribs?
A: Yes, the hotel offers pack-and-play cribs upon request. Please contact the hotel directly to reserve one.
