Hochschulallianz für den Mittelstand
Die 16 Mitgliedshochschulen der Hochschulallianz für den Mittelstand (HAfM) eint der gemeinsame Grundsatz praxisorientierter Lehre und Wissenstransfer in die regionale Wirtschaft. Als Hochschulen für angewandte Wissenschaften (HAW) bieten sie durch ihre Nähe zur Praxis dementsprechend attraktive Karrierewege in eine HAW-Professur oder im akademischen Mittelbau . Noch sind die flexiblen Zugangsvoraussetzungen an eine HAW jenseits der gradlinigen Wissenschaftskarrieren zu wenig bekannt. Daher informiert die HAfM, vertreten durch die Mitgliedshochschulen Bonn-Rhein-Sieg, Bremerhaven, RheinMain und Jena vor Ort über die vielfältigen Karriereoptionen und neue Entwicklungen im Rahmen des FH-Personal – Programms an einem Tisch der Talent Fair. Im Zuge von zwei Workshops berichten zudem Professor*innen authentisch über ihren Weg an die HAW und die Forschungsmöglichkeiten als HAW-Professor*in.
The 16 members of the Hochschulallianz für den Mittelstand (HAfM) are united by the common principle of practice-oriented teaching and knowledge transfer to the regional economy. As universities of applied sciences (HAW), they offer attractive career paths in a HAW professorship or in the academic mid-level faculty due to their proximity to practice. Not enough is known about the flexible entry requirements for a UAS beyond straight academic careers. Therefore, the HAfM, represented by the member universities Bonn-Rhein-Sieg, Bremerhaven, RheinMain and Jena, provides information about the diverse career options and new developments within the framework of the FH personnel program at a table at the Talent Fair. In the course of two workshops, professors also report authentically on their way to the HAW and the research options.
